Lakaz Kayak Refund Policy

At Lakaz Kayak, we are committed to providing an exceptional kayaking experience in Mauritius. Our refund policy is designed to give you peace of mind when booking your kayak or SUP online.

Cancellation and conditions

• Up to 72 hours before the activity: Cancellation with full refund.

• From 72 to 24 hours before the activity: Refund of 50% of the amount.

• Less than 24 hours: No refund.

Weather conditions

Safety is our priority. In the event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions (wind, rain), we will offer to reschedule your tour. If this is not possible, a full refund will be issued.

For any inquiries, please contact us by email including your name, date, and booking number. Processing will take 5 to 10 business days. We aim to make your kayaking experience in Mauritius as stress-free as possible.
